Fire, forest and a table worth crossing the water for.
Eld & Björk has welcomed guests to the opposite shore of Bjorkholm Lake since 1899, when Anders Björkholm and his lifelong friend Lars Nyström built a timber inn for the craftsmen raising the manor across the water. It began as a gathering place for builders, estate visitors, local families, fishermen and travelers. More than a century later, it remains a place where Swedish heritage, seasonal cooking and community meet around the same table.
